Shipping Options:
We currently offer international logistics via YunExpress. In the future, we plan to open more shipping options. YunExpress will default to your local shipping courier, such as USPS or FedEx, for the last-mile delivery.
Order Cancellations:
All order cancellations (for example, if a customer changes their mind and wishes to cancel their order) need to be requested within 24 hours after ordering. Please note that if the product has already been sent out and is en route to the customer, the order cannot be canceled until it is received, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Price:
As each item weighs a different amount and is sized differently, shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times may vary depending on distance, customs, and other factors. Please note that customs delays, local delays, and handling times are excluded. Here are the estimated shipping times for reference:

Handling Time:
Most orders are packaged and sent within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. If orders are placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+8), the order will be processed the following business day.

For Canada: As per Canadian Tax Law on imported items, a tax surcharge will be placed on the order. We cannot change or remove this charge, as doing so could cause packages to be delayed, destroyed, or result in larger tax fees from Canadian Customs.

For South Korea (한국): Please fill in the “Customs Code/Birthday” field on the checkout page with the recipient’s ID. For Korean nationals, use your personal customs code. For foreigners in Korea, provide your passport or landing card number. Please ensure the address is in Korean. 주의: 결제 페이지의 “Customs code/Birthday”란에 수취인 ID(한국인은 개인통관부를 기입하고, 외국인은 여권 또는 등록번호를 제공해주셔도 됩니다.)를 기입하여 원활한 통관을 위하여 통관번호 및 수취인 이름과 전화번호가 등록정보와 일치하도록 하여야 합니다. 반드시 한글 주소를 사용하여 주문해 주십시오. 만약 영문으로 적어서 한글 번역의 정확한 주소를 찾을 수 없다면 당사는 상응하는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

For Mexico and Chile: Please fill in the “Customs Code/Birthday” field on the checkout page with the recipient’s customs code or ID number.
Marking as Gift:
We are unable to declare the item as 0 value or as a gift, as this is not acceptable by International Customs. Doing so could cause the item to be delayed, or result in larger tax fees for the customer.
VAT (Value-Added Tax):
Due to customs policies in different countries, we cannot guarantee whether your product will be taxed during import. To provide a better service and lower prices for customers, our product prices do not include VAT or other import taxes. If the item is taxed, we are happy to provide any documentation or paperwork required for customs clearance, if possible. Only for Canada, the VAT price is prepaid as per regulations.

Important Note About Shipping:
The customer is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of their product. This includes contacting the shipping company and providing any required details, such as identification, if asked.
To avoid items from being returned by the shipping company, customers should:

Provide their full name in the information form when purchasing the product. If the name on the form is incorrect or incomplete, the cost of the return will be the customer’s responsibility. If there is a mistake, please email us here.

Frequently check the tracking and respond to any requests (usually regarding tax) from the shipping company within 48 hours to avoid paying any redelivery or reshipping surcharge. We will also frequently check the tracking for each item to ensure that any notification of it being stuck in customs can be dealt with in a timely manner. Upon receiving such a notification, we will contact the customer to provide information regarding customs clearance.

If items are returned or need to be reshipped due to incorrect information or delays in providing necessary information to the shipping company/customs by the customer, an additional fee may be placed, which is the customer’s sole responsibility.
