FAQs

What's the difference between Helios II Pro S and Helios II Pro

Helios II Pro S is equipped with the latest MCU, the Nordic 52840 ARM Cortex, which supports up to an 8K polling rate in wired mode. It features a Huano Blue Transparent Shell Pink Dot mechanical switch and comes in a classic black and white colorway.

Is the 4K Dongle Included?

Unlike the Helios II Pro, which requires purchasing a separate Strikespeed+ Wireless Dongle to achieve a 4K polling rate, the Helios II Pro S now includes the Strikespeed+ Wireless Dongle. However, the standard USB Wireless Receiver is no longer included.

Why is the optical switch no longer being used?

Based on feedback regarding the Helios II Pro's optical switch, we have decided to switch to a mechanical switch for now while we work on improving the optical switch for future products.
