HOW TO CLEAN CORDURA MOUSE PADS

Applicable models: MPC450, MPC900

Zero-G MPC900 Cordura Mouse Pad

Cordura is a very durable material and is quite easy to clean. However, extra care should be taken when cleaning the mouse pad around the edges, as the waterproof design could allow for water to become trapped between the anti-slip and Cordura layer.

What you will need:

  • Warm water
  • Mild soap
  • Clean cloth
  • Spray bottle (Optional)
  • Clean water for rinsing

Steps:

  1. Use a clean dry cloth to wipe off any dust or debris from the Cordura mouse pad.
  1. Fill the spray bottle with warm water and soap, then spray it onto the Cordura mouse pad. If you don’t have a spray bottle, just soak the clean cloth in the warm water with a little soap, and remove any excess water from it, so it is damp.
  1. Wipe the mouse pad with the damp soapy cloth, and then rinse the cloth off with the clean water, and then wipe the mouse pad with it. Repeat this step as many times possible until the Cordura mouse pad is clean.

  2. Use a towel or clean cloth to dab away excess water, and place the mouse pad on it to let it fully dry.

  3. After a few hours, get the mouse pad, and get your game on!

FIREFLY MPR800S RGB Mouse Pad

When cleaning any RGB mouse pad, it is important to be extra careful. These types of mouse pads include electronic components that could become damaged if wet. Do not submerge the mouse pad, as this can damage it.

What you will need:

  • Warm Water
  • Clean Cloth (preferably microfiber)
  • Mild dish soap

Steps:

  1. Disconnect your RGB mouse pad from your computer.
  1. Soak the cloth in warm water with a bit of the mild dish soap, and remove as much excess water from it as possible.
  1. Use the cloth to thoroughly wipe the mouse pad, and remove any oil, dirty or other debris. You may clean the edges of the mouse pad in this manner as well, but avoid using the damp cloth near the electronic components.
  1. Using clean water, rinse the cloth and remove as much excess water as possible.
  1. Then, use the cloth to remove as much of the soap residue as possible from the mousepad. Repeat this step as many times as required until the mouse pad is clean.
  1. Place the mouse pad onto a flat surface, and allow it to dry with the fabric side up.

  2. After a few hours, get the mouse pad, and get your game on!
